LEX FLOWER LLC works in several fields — metals and scrap trading, manufacturing, logistics, waste collection, landscaping, electrical repair and software. Each of them involves different people and different data. This policy explains, in plain language, what personal data we handle in each case and why.

We act as the controller of personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI. For clients and partners located in the European Union, we also follow the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Business customers and their contact persons — buyers of metals, chemicals, fasteners and other goods.Suppliers and sellers of scrap — companies and individuals who sell us scrap metal or recyclable materials.Freight and warehouse clients — senders, recipients and their representatives.Drivers and visitors at our warehouses and loading sites.Landscaping and waste collection clients — owners and managers of the sites we service.Website visitors and anyone who writes to us.

Photos taken during landscaping work are of the site, not of people. If a person appears in a photo by chance, we blur or remove it before using the photo anywhere outside the project.
4. This website
The contact form does not save anything on the website. When you press "Send message", your own email program opens with a draft addressed to us; we receive your data only if you send that email.
We do not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page opens. The hosting provider also records standard server logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security.
5. Who we share data withWe never sell personal data. We share it only when necessary, and only with:
carriers, warehouse operators and subcontractors involved in delivering your order or service;
licensed waste processing facilities that receive the waste we collect;
our accountant, bank, IT and email providers;
state authorities (tax, environmental, law enforcement) when the law requires it.
Our in-house software team may access data only to maintain the systems where it is stored. If data has to be transferred to another country, we do so only with appropriate safeguards.
6. How long we keep data
Enquiries without a contract — up to 6 months after our last reply.Contracts, waybills, purchase and accounting documents — for the periods set by Ukrainian accounting, tax and archival law.Warehouse access records (drivers, vehicles) — up to 12 months.Landscaping project photos — for the duration of the contract and the warranty period.
After these periods, data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rightsYou can ask us at any time to:
tell you whether we process your data, and give you a copy;
correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
delete data we no longer need or process unlawfully;
restrict or stop processing, or withdraw your consent;
explain who we have shared your data with.
Some data (for example, documents on scrap purchases or accounting records) cannot be deleted before the legal retention period ends; in that case we will explain why. You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, or to your national data protection authority if you are in the EU.

We keep our data secure with access controls, password-protected systems and regular backups. When we change this policy, we update the version number and effective date at the top.
